Despite being mostly unheard of before Comic Con 2009, Legion has started to really make some waves now that its trailer has been released to the internet (see below).
Featuring a pumped up Paul Bettany as the Archangel Michael, the film tells the story of an attempt by God to wipe mankind from the face of the Earth utilising an army of angels possessing human bodies.
Despite clearly flirting with the ridiculous this trailer displays enough cool stuff to really get us excited: the gun toting angels, the weird elongating spider man, the freaky old lady and the bitchin' Gabriel to name just a few.
We haven't had a decent angel film for ages so here's hoping this one'll shape up.
